J.E.D.I. (Bangkok) Asset Management Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “J.E.D.I.”) recognizes the importance of personal data and other information concerning you (collectively referred to as “Data”) J.E.D.I. is committed to safeguarding both your Data and your privacy. This ensures that J.E.D.I. operates with transparency and accountability in the collection, use, disclosure, and transfer of your Data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (2019) and other applicable laws. Accordingly, J.E.D.I. has issued this Personal Data Protection Notice to inform you of the details concerning the collection, use, disclosure, and transfer of your Data, summarized below:


 What is Personal Data? 
“Personal Data” refers to any information that can directly or indirectly identify an individual, such as name, surname, gender, national ID number, date of birth, address, as well as sensitive personal data such as facial recognition data, religion, blood type. This does not include information relating to deceased persons.
“Financial Data” refers to any financial information relating to you and your relationship with J.E.D.I., such as details of asset purchase or sale transactions.


 What types of Data does J.E.D.I. collect? 
J.E.D.I. collects your Data when you contact us through any means, such as entering into a purchase or credit agreement. The Data collected includes:
     - For individuals: name, surname, gender, date of birth, national ID number, permanent and current address, occupation and workplace, contact information, signature, financial information such as salary or account details, and personal data of related persons provided by you (e.g., spouse, joint account holder, guarantor).
     - For juristic persons: company name, corporate registration number/tax ID, certificate of incorporation, address, telephone number, names of all authorized directors, details of authorized persons and ultimate beneficial owners, business type and objectives, corporate seal (if any), authorized signatures, and other personal data as prescribed by applicable laws or regulations.


 How does J.E.D.I. collect your Data? 
Data may be collected through documents and other channels, including public sources, government agencies, financial group companies, or J.E.D.I.’s business partners.


 Why does J.E.D.I. collect your Data? 
J.E.D.I. collects your Data to comply with contracts, fulfill legal obligations, protect life, body, or health, establish or exercise legal rights, or based on your consent. Purposes include:
     - To verify and authenticate your identity prior to contract execution or transactions with J.E.D.I., or when receiving complaints.
     - To manage operations and facilitate transactions with you, including contract results, transaction notifications, or requests for additional information.

     - To comply with laws applicable to J.E.D.I.
If J.E.D.I. is required to collect Data for contractual or legal purposes, and you decline to provide it, J.E.D.I. may be unable to deliver services or process your requests.


 How long does J.E.D.I. retain your Data? 
J.E.D.I. will retain your Data for 10 years from the contract date, throughout the duration of your relationship with J.E.D.I., or for the period required by law.


 To whom does J.E.D.I. disclose your Data? 
J.E.D.I. may disclose your Data to the following parties:
     -   Personal data processors, external service providers, company agents, or subcontractors.
   
- Other financial institutions or payment service providers to facilitate money transfers. J.E.D.I. may disclose your Data to financial institutions in accordance with your request and information provided.
     - Government authorities or legally authorized entities, such as the Bank of Thailand, Department of Provincial Administration, or the Anti-Money Laundering Office.


 What are your legal rights? 
As a data subject, you are entitled to the following rights:
     - Right to access and correct your personal data.
     - Right to erase or destroy your personal data.
     - Right to restrict the use of your personal data.
     - Right to object to the collection, use, or disclosure of your personal data.
     - Right to withdraw consent.
     - Right to request the transfer of your personal data.
     - Right to lodge a complaint if you believe J.E.D.I. has not complied with the law.
You may exercise these rights, once the law is in effect, via J.E.D.I.’s website.


 How can you contact J.E.D.I.? 
     1. By submitting a request in person at J.E.D.I.’s office premises.
